Jacques Pepin: All About The Famous Author And Chef

As a world renowned chef and the host of his own cooking show on PBS, Jacques has earned quite a reputation in the world of culinary arts. Jacques Pepin also picked up several honors for his prolific written contributions he has also made over the years. He began his writing career in 1975 with his first book "A French Chef Cooks at Home", and proceeded to write a new book almost every year from then on. Some of his most memorable works include "The Art of Cooking", Volumes 1&2, "Today's Gourmet", "The Complete Pepin", "The Apprentice: My Life in the Kitchen", and his last book "Jacques Pepin: Heart & Soul in the Kitchen" (2015).
Today, the 80-year old Pepin is still pretty active. He serves as the dean of Special Programs at The International Culinary Center, is an active contributor to the Boston University Gastronomy Department, teaches an online course in French cuisine, and writes a quarterly column for Food and Wine magazine among other things.
