These remedies can reduce the appearance of wrinkles, dark spots, acne scars, and pimples.

1.) Coconuts

There are few natural extracts that contain as many vitamins and minerals as coconuts. The nutrients in coconuts help the skin to produce natural moisture, effectively restoring its once youthful look. After breaking a full-grown coconut and drawing out the milk, the white coconut flesh can be grated into tiny pieces and a little milk added to create a sticky mixture. A person then applies this mixture on the face, leaving it for around 20 minutes, then rinses it away with warm water.

2.) Lemons

Lemons contain rich traces of vitamin C, a natural antioxidant. In addition, they have ascorbic acid and citric acid that lighten the skin. As these acids can be somewhat irritating on their own, a little honey is mixed with a few teaspoonfuls of lemon juice. After applying to the face, it is best to avoid direct sunlight. This remedy works best at night. After around 20 minutes, gently rinse with cold water.

3.) Rose Water

Rose water is a powerful cleanser that unclogs dirt and dust from the skin pores. When applied consistently, it visibly reduces puffiness on the skin under the eyes. Three teaspoons of rose water mixed with a teaspoon of lemon juice and a few drops of glycerin make for a perfect solution. When a pulp of mashed ripe banana is added to the solution, it creates one of the most powerful home concoctions for aging skin. One can simply apply to the face with a cotton ball, and wash with cool water after 20 minutes.

4.) Oil Olive & Avocados

Wrinkles appear when the skin lacks moisture and essential oils. As olive oil is rich in polyphenols, it is an ideal remedy. In addition, avocado, when applied at night, replenishes natural skin lipids. A ripe avocado can be crushed into a paste and added to several teaspoons of olive oil. A little lemon juice complements the mixture. A thin layer of the resultant lotion is applied gently on the face at night then left until the following morning.

5.) Papaya

Papaya contains the enzyme papain, which exfoliates dead cells from the skin. This gives room for fresh new cells to grow. A person can apply mashed papaya to the face and leave for 15 minutes, rinsing afterward with warm water.

Ageing is inevitable, but bad-looking skin is not. One does not have to go for expensive remedies when cheap solutions such as these exist. Proper application will restore the exuberant look of a person, boost confidence, and bring general well-being to anyone who follows these all-natural remedies.
