Spinach, cauliflower, mushrooms, an d asparagus all have higher levels of purines than other vegetables. However you don't need to avoid them completely to stay safe. Though you might not want to eat too much of these substances on a regular basis, that doesn't mean you can't indulge from time to time. In fact, vegetable rich diets can sometimes help to cleanse purines from the body.
